For more than seventeen years, at DiMella Shaffer, I've worked with King Street Properties. As a Project Architect/Project Manager, and Lab Planner I've developed a long‑standing partnership through numerous projects. I have contributed to the planning, design, and delivery of complex laboratory and research environments, ensuring alignment with the client’s technical, operational, and strategic goals. Our relationship has been defined by consistent communication, reliable execution, and a deep understanding of the client’s evolving needs. This continuity has enabled efficient project delivery, informed decision‑making, and a high level of trust across multiple initiatives. The office / lab tenant project ranged from R&D, to Chemistry, Biology, cGMP and more.
